The 10-Year No-Sag Guarantee covers the IVDD-Prevention Ortho Core™ memory foam against permanent flattening or sagging greater than 1 inch under normal sleeping use. If the foam loses its orthopedic shape within 10 years, we replace it. No lengthy processes. No excuses. We built this bed to last and we stand fully behind it. Please note the guarantee covers the foam insert only and does not extend to normal wear and tear on the outer linen shell or damage caused by aggressive chewing.
Washing takes about 60 seconds of effort. Simply unzip the Air-Flow Linen Shell™ using the hidden zippers and pull it off. Toss it in the washing machine on a cold, gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Hang to dry. That is it. The memory foam insert itself never needs machine washing. If it needs a refresh, simply wipe it down with a lightly damp cloth. Clean cover, protected foam, hygienic bed.
Yes. Frenchies are natural nesters and the Air-Flow Linen Shell™ is made from a heavy-duty linen blend specifically chosen to withstand the daily digging and scratching that comes with the breed. It is built for real dog life, not just product photos. As with any fabric, we do not recommend it for dogs with a habit of aggressive chewing. For diggers and scratchers though, this bed was designed with exactly them in mind.

It is free from heavy metals, formaldehyde and ozone depleting substances. We would never put anything near your Frenchie that we would not trust ourselves. Your dog sleeps on this every night and their safety is non-negotiable.
Nothing is wrong. Your bed was vacuum sealed for safe shipping, which compresses the foam and bolsters down for transit. Once you unbox it and lay it flat, the memory foam and Breath-Easy Bolster™ will begin expanding naturally. Give it 24 to 48 hours to reach its full orthopedic shape. Your Frenchie can use it right away during this time. The expansion will not be affected.
